Chiropractic Care Keeps You Active or Gets You Active.

summer funFrom the Chiropractor’s Daughter

Hi my name is Misha Kingston,

You all know that an amazing summer is here! Because of covid-19 lots of gyms are closed so here are some ways to stay healthy this summer at home and keep summer fun.

One of the main things to stay healthy is going outside. Some of the things you should do outside are very simple like  going on walks and runs if you can or hikes, bike rides and much more! Fun fact if you don’t get outside it can affect your mood and sleep!!

You are wondering some of the places to do that this is where our family goes:

  • Rock of gibraltar is a hike in Lodi, WI
  • Pheasant Branch Conservancy Middleton for Biking, Running, or Walking
  • Devils Lake Baraboo, WI for a swim or hike
  • Picnic Point Madison, WI for Roller Blading, Walking, Running, or Biking
  • State Street Madison WI Walk Biking Running

The  first step is having a favorite workout and if you don’t have any or you just want a new one, here is one easy workout .

Easy five minute workout: touch your toes or knees 5 times on each side, then swing your arms in circles 2 times on each side, and then do five punches or

And if this is hard for you you can customize your own.

And for healthy breakfast i recommend Dream Protein powder shake.
