From the Doctor
Moms are the bomb! The uncertainty of motherhood, pregnancy, and the aftermath of birth and delivery can leave many women asking, “Can I handle all of my new responsibilities?”.
Many new mothers rely on their own mother to help with expectations and keeping the family headed in the right direction. Post-partum depression, lack of energy, and severe pain can keep many new moms wondering, “Is this the way I’m supposed to feel?”.
If these are issues on your radar, there are some solutions:
- Whenever baby sleeps, you sleep.
- Avoid doing excessive house work and cooking.
- Walk every day, if possible.
- Eat loads of fruits, veggies, good fats, and lean meats.
If these solutions are not enough, supplementing specifically for your body type will help you get your sexy back. Adjustments to realign the spine and hips can make sitting, feeding, moving, and sleeping much more enjoyable and with less pain.
Restorative Supplements of the Month
Symplex F supports the healthy function of the ovaries and the adrenal, pituitary, and thyroid glands. When these glands function well, it means more energy, better digestion, less anxiety, and getting your sexy back.
Cod Liver Oil addresses vitamin A deficiency and vitamin D deficiency while supporting the body’s healthy immune system function.
- Supports immune response, skin, eyes, bones, teeth, and recovery after strenuous activity (ie. giving birth).
