How is your posture?

Chiropractic Solutions Newsletter – May 2019

Posture, Durability, and Self-Sufficiency

From the Doctor

Do you struggle with your posture? Do you want to avoid the widow’s hump that has become common with elderly people? People often struggle with their posture as a result of sitting at a computer, driving in the car for long stretches, or looking down at their phone.  How we sleep even impacts our body’s posture. The better a person’s posture, the more durable they are.  Chiropractic care can help improve poor posture and maintain good posture.   Here’s a quick video I shot for you talking about good posture.

Chelsea has been using her green thumb to grow a variety of fruits and veggies, and she will have those seedlings ready to hand out mid-May to any of you wanting to start your own garden. Growing your own food is fun, and it is fresh, delicious, and free. If you have the patience and some dirt to dig a hole in, we want to give you a few of your favorites. Love to Chelsea for her green thumb and her commitment to these seedlings.

The earth supplies us with what we need to be healthy.  The more nutrient dense foods we eat, the better we feel, look, and move. Similarly, caring for your spine with good posture and nourishing it with exercises, movement, and adjustments, will help us feel, look, and move with grace, ease, and less pain.

In other Chiropractic Solutions news, we are moving to Middleton. Larisa and I have been looking for a place for years, and we found exactly what we were looking for in the Middleton Hills neighborhood. The clinic will move in early August and will be located on the back side of the Pick N’ Save off Century Ave in Middleton.

The new clinic address will be 6737 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive. The benefits to you in the new clinic are:

  • Closer to the Beltline
  • Individual Hydro-massage rooms
  • Chelsea will be in an amazing mood, as she does not have to commute as far.  🙂

We appreciate and love our neighbors and neighborhood here on Muir Field Road; however, our lease has come to an end.  After 10 years of business here, we are ready to move into a space we can call our own. We are wishing for a smooth transition and will continue to serve the highest quality chiropractic care in the Madison area.
