Lemon Pepper Asparagus communicate

From Standard Process’ 1 Degree of Change Cookbook

Serves 4


2 tablespoons of coconut oil

3 pounds of fresh asparagus, chopped, tough ends discarded

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Zest from lemon

Salt and Pepper


In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat

Stir-fry asparagus and garlic until crisp, yet tender

Reduce heat to medium

Add lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper

Cover and let steam for 2-3 minutes

You may steam up to 10 minutes to yield a soft, delicate flavor
