From the Doctor

Opporthealthunities to change our health and our family’s health are in our daily choices. Do you wake up and enjoy a breakfast of a drink of whisky and a cigarette? How about cake and ice cream? Typically, I would say these are not the best breakfast foods to nourish you brain, body and spirit. We have choices to be healthy or to be unhealthy and our productivity and ability to produce is positively or negatively affected by these choices. Choose wisely.
Your life depends on it:)

Supplement of the Month – Ligaplex I & II

Liga5225ligaplexIplex I contains nutrients that provide acute ligament and muscle support. This gluten free supplement contains buckwheat which supports the body’s natural anti- inflammatory response as it relates to periodic challenges like strenuous exercise.health

Ligaplex II supports tissue and joints to maintain connective tissue health, especially for long-term support. It provides the foundation to feed the musculoskeletal system and facilitate freedom of movement.
While Ligaplex I is gluten free, neither Ligaplex I or II are vegetarian. Ask Dr. Matt if you are interested in supporting your healthy muscles and musculoskeletal system, especially during training season.
