From the Doctor
The reason I am writing about sex is that when it comes to Erectile Dysfunction or any type of malfunctioning of the sexual organs, help is close. Adjustments to the pelvis and lower back will help invigorate the organs in the pelvis and pelvic floor. Nutrition Response Testing will detect if there is toxicity in the body, find a solution to remove the toxicity, and then nourish the organs that need help. If one is dealing with stomach pains, we look to help the stomach, liver or pancreas because they all work together to create “digestion.” With the sexual organs for both male and female, the hormone system will need some additional nutrition for one or all of the reproductive organs or glands that direct the organs to work more or less.
Studies show that people who have healthy sex lives are happier, healthier, and live longer.

Asian Salmon with Rice Noodles
From Standard Process’ 1 Degree of Change
Serves 4
- 4 salmon steaks (about 4 ounces each)
- 2 teaspoons Chinese five-spice powder (equal mix of star anise, cinnamon, fennel, cloves, and pepper)
- Ground black pepper
- 10 ounces rice vermicelli noodles
- 2 tablespoons liquid amino acids
- 1 teaspoon whole-leaf stevia powder
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 large leek, sliced
- 5 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Rub the Chinese five-spice powder onto both sides of the salmon
and season with black pepper. Set this aside for 30 minutes.
Put the noodles in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and soak for
15 minutes. Drain, then add the noodles to a pan of boiling water
and cook for 1 minute. Drain and keep the noodles warm.
Cook the salmon steaks under a boiler for 7-10 minutes or until
thoroughly cooked. In a pan over medium heat, add liquid amino
acids, stevia, ginger, garlic, carrot, and the leek. Sauté for
3-4 minutes or until softened. Add the mushrooms to the pan and
sauté for 2 more minutes. Divide the noodles into 4 bowls.
Spoon the vegetables and their juices over the noodles and
put the grilled salmon on top. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
